Adam Sandler Turns 42 Today: Interview about 9/11 Movie

In 2007, Sandler showed his serious acting side in the post-9/11 drama “Reign Over Me.” Watch a conversation about the film, which examines 9/11’s post-traumatic stress and grief from a fictional standpoint, with director Mike Binder, stars Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle, and host Charlie Rose.

Adam Sandler was born on September 9, 1966, in Brooklyn, New York, to Judy and Stanley Sandler. The actor and comedian is probably best known for starring in such hit comedies as Happy Gilmore (1996) and Bill Madison (1995), his performances on “Saturday Night Live,” and his classic “The Chanukah Song.”
