To commemorate Yom Ha’Atzmaut, Radio City Music Hall will host Israeli stars David Broza, Idan Raichel, Rami Kleinstein, Habanot Nechama and Yael Naim, whose voice most recently graced the MacBook Air commercials here in the US. Top American performer and Hasidic reggae phenomenon Matisyahu, recent MacArthur Genius Award winner John Zorn and “Late Show With David Letterman” bandleader Paul Shaffer will be on hand to perform as well.

Idan Raichel and the Music of Poetry
Idan Raichel is a musician and composer from Kfar Saba, Israel. His group, the Idan Raichel Project, has gained a world-wide following with its melding of “village music,” Biblical psalms and Arabic poetry. Watch the group perform in Petah Tikvah, Israel.

Hasidic reggae phenomenon Matisyahu
