“Raising Victor Vargas” on Reel 13

This Saturday, Reel 13 is proud to present “Raising Victor Vargas.” The film, about a 16-year-old’s struggles between boyhood and young-manhood, was nominated for five Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Director, Feature, and Screenplay. It was filmed on location on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Watch the trailer.
