We also meet some of the people suffering from severe health problems because of their work at ground zero, and profile people who lost family or friends on 9/11. Watch.

Dr. Philip Landrigan oversees the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring and Treatment Program at Mount Sinai Hospital. Through a federal grant, this program provides free examinations to workers and volunteers who responded to the September 11th attacks. Rafael Pi Roman speaks with him about the latest information on the health of his patients.

Firefighter Kevin Delano participated in the rescue and clean up effort at ground zero immediately following the attack on the World Trade Center. On July 30th, 2008, he passed away from leukemia. His doctors believe there could be a connection between his illness and his exposure to burning jet fuel at the World Trade Center site.
