Thirteen is offering one of it’s programs captioned for the hearing impaired… online! The film Rolling produced for public television with Thirteen is now offering the full film online with captions and other accessible media features.

Rolling tells the story of three wheelchair users through footage taken from their everyday lives, the cameras sometimes hand held and sometimes mounted to their chairs. The film reveals the humanity of the often ignored disabled communities, demonstrates the daily struggles faced by wheelchair users, and seeks to educate about building a more accessible world. There couldn’t be a more perfect project to showcase this technology.
