Gas prices are hitting record highs this summer, and American drivers are definitely feeling the pain at the pump. But, some businesses are finding creative solutions to help their employees save gas, save money, and cut pollution — carpooling, shuttles, free bus passes, video conferencing, and work-from-home are just some of the solutions. Employers are also fighting high gas prices with a shorter work week, allowing employees to work four 10-hour days.
